"Good cupcakes, but I felt a little misled"
The frosting did taste fresh and wasn’t too sweet, and the cupcakes were soft, so I did enjoy them. I just felt a bit misled by the way they were described because I was expecting something a little more special overall. They were good, just not quite what I thought I was ordering.

"Lots of fun cupcake flavors"
I liked that they had way more than just the basic vanilla and chocolate options. A few of the flavor combos sounded kind of unusual at first, but they were actually really good. You can tell they like trying new ideas. I grabbed a few to share, and everyone ended up liking a different one best. I’d definitely try more next time.

"Finally, pickup and delivery that aren’t a hassle"
I’ve ordered from Gigi’s Cupcakes a few times now, both for pickup and delivery, no complaints there. And I usually have complaints about this stuff, waiting around, orders not being ready, delivery showing up late, cupcakes getting messed up, all of that. But every time, pickup has been ready when they said it would be, and delivery has actually shown up on time. The cupcakes were still in good shape too, which is something I’m always worried about. Simple, but that’s all I wanted. I’ll order again

"Super cute cupcakes"
The cake and cupcakes looked really pretty. I was a little nervous at first because I always worry about how things will turn out for an event, but they ended up looking so cute.

"Cupcakes were alright, just not super fresh"
I picked up a few cupcakes from Gigi's Cupcakes and they were okay. The flavors were nice enough, frosting was sweet, and the cake tasted good, but nothing really made me go wow ya know.
The main thing was the freshness. A couple of them were kinda dry, like they maybe had been sitting out for a bit. Not terrible or anything, just felt average for what I paid.

"Consistently good cupcakes"
I’ve tried cupcakes from three different locations now and they’ve been fresh every time, tasted pretty much the same too. No complaints they just get it right.

"I’ll admit, I was a little picky about..."
I’ll admit, I was a little picky about my custom cupcake order, and for the most part they got it right. The colors and flavors matched what I asked for, and the note looked nice too. One small detail wasn’t exactly what I had in mind, which bugged me for a second, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m okay with how it turned out.

"Ordering was fine, but kind of a hassle"
The site was easy enough to use, but checkout started lagging and I had to keep double-checking things, which felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with. The delivery time also wasn’t super clear, so I was left guessing a bit. The cupcakes showed up fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of okay

I regret stopping in here. The place felt dirty, and the whole vibe was just off in a weird way. I kept thinking I should’ve trusted my gut and gone somewhere else

"The staff got back to me so fast"
I was kind of expecting to wait around for answers, but nope, they replied really quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. I remember thinking, okay, this is actually easy. They were super friendly to talk to and made the whole thing feel stress-free

"Really friendly people there"
The staff was so nice to me. I only went in for a quick thing, and you know how sometimes that can feel kind of awkward, but they made it really easy. Just super friendly and welcoming the whole time.
